Shipping policy
Online Sport Cards ships from Conroe, Texas. Every card is packed to protect it: raw cards go in a penny sleeve and top loader or card saver, graded slabs are wrapped and padded, and all cards ship in a bubble mailer or box.
Processing time
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
U.S. shipping rates
- Standard: $8.00 on orders under $70. Free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express: $15.00.
Delivery times depend on the carrier once your package leaves us.
International shipping
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan and other select countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or shipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you and the carrier to make it right.
PSA grading orders
For our PSA grading service, you ship your cards to us. Graded cards are returned to you by insured, tracked shipping, covered by the Grading Return Shipping & Insurance fee. See PSA Grading for details.
